The Toxic Tort team at von Briesen & Roper has nearly two decades of experience in handling all aspects of toxic tort litigation. The team has represented manufacturers locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. Currently we are handling nearly 1,000 cases in 29 U.S. states, the Virgin Islands and the United Kingdom. Recently the team assisted with the appeal and development of arguments on United States law for the United Kingdom Rothwell case and participated in the House of Lords Appeal in Parliament in June of 2007.
